As we continue to grow so does our client base and the team members needed to effectively manage this side of our business. The Account Management teams have direct interaction with our clients on a daily basis and are the first point of contact our clients have with Echo.

Information Technology
We have created the Evolved Transportation Manager™ (ETM) Technology to be the most effective transportation management system to date. To manage this system we have built an IT staff capable of innovation and dynamic changes to an evolving technology. Our team is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of ETM.

Growing companies have a significant need for support both from a business and training function as well as Human Resources and benefits management. The Echo HR/Recruiting department is an exceptional team supporting all our regional offices from our Chicago headquarters.

Completing the Echo business functionality is our Accounting/Finance department. This team provides analytical support for our Operations and Sales teams in addition to Corporate Management.
