Sales Training
New sales professionals receive an intensive training course covering industry specifics as well as sales function, pitch and lead generation. Training groups are walked through the Echo value proposition, industry knowledge and the tools Echo uses to provide a valuable service to our clients. At the end of our initial training, you will have the tools to be successful and build your own book of business.
Operations Training
Echo is committed to continuous training of its account management teams. Each employee spends roughly a week learning the Echo tools as well as our processes for accounting and finance. At Echo you are not “thrown to the wolves†we arm our employees thoroughly with a full skill set that will allow you to succeed.
