7:30-8:00am
I take the train to work and usually arrive at the 600 West building between 7:30 and 8:00am. The first thing I do is check my email and login to EchoTrak™, our client portal, to check the day’s activities. This helps me gauge what’s going on for the day – and it’s always different!

9:00-9:30am
I usually grab a cup of coffee on my way to the morning conference call with my teammates Bob S. and Erin C. This morning I get caught up talking to my Manager and get to the meeting right on time. We’re meeting with our client’s Senior Management team today reviewing our carrier performance metrics and other operations functions.

11:30am-Noon
Today I’m grabbing lunch with Erin C. and Kirk R. We all started about the same time and try to get together once in a while for lunch and to catch up. There’s a restaurant in the 600 West building so we don’t even have to go outside!

2-3pm
Once a week the team leads have a meeting to discuss any issues we’re having and share insight. We come up with pretty creative solutions to some interesting problems. Anything from managing client relationships to tracking internal efficiency, this creative problem solving solution is part of the Echo business model.

5pm
All this client and team management has made me hungry! After I double check my EchoTrak™ portal for any unfinished items, I grab my friend Rachel F. and head out for a quick after work dinner and some catching up downtown.
