Echo Global Logistics, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering

Chicago, IL April 30, 2008 - Echo Global Logistics, Inc. announced today that it filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. Echo and certain of its stockholders are expected to sell the shares to be offered.

BestWay Solutions, founded in 2000 and led by the executive management team of Kirk Miller, Gary Paetz and Sam Seward, is a third party logistics provider with widespread carrier relations and a client base in the Northwest. Effective immediately, BestWay Solutions will begin doing business as Echo Global Logistics, Inc.

Chicago, IL May 17, 2007 Echo Global Logistics, Inc., a technology-driven transportation management outsourcing firm, has acquired Mountain Logistics, Inc. doing business as Transportation Management Group, a third party logistics provider based in Park City, Utah.

Mountain Logistics, founded by Ryan Renne and Buster Schwab in 2001, has a strong West Coast carrier and customer base with offices in Park City, Utah and Los Angeles, California. Effective immediately, Mountain Logistics will begin doing business as Echo Global Logistics, Inc.

Chicago, IL April 24, 2007 Echo Global Logistics, Inc., a leading provider of transportation management services, has acquired SelecTrans, LLC, a freight management software provider based in Chicago, IL.

SelecTrans' proprietary web-based software, "ShipKit," allows shippers and third-party logistics providers to integrate with carriers and manage their transportation processes including the optimization of price and service as well as shipment tracking, electronic invoicing and payment processing.

Echo Global Logistics Elects Samuel K. Skinner as Chairman of the Board of Directors

Chicago, IL February 16, 2007 Douglas R. Waggoner, Chief Executive Officer of Echo Global Logistics, a technology-driven transportation management outsourcing firm, today announced that Samuel K. Skinner was elected as the company's non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Highly accomplished in both the public and private sectors, Mr. Skinner is regarded as a national leader in the transportation industry. He served as Secretary of Transportation and White House Chief of Staff under President George H.W. Bush. As Secretary, he was credited with numerous successes, including the establishment of the President's National Transportation Policy and the development and passage of landmark aviation and surface transportation legislation.

Mr. Skinner also served as Chairman, CEO and President of USF Corporation, one of the nation's leading transportation and logistics companies. During each year that he served as CEO, the company was recognized by Fortune magazine as one of America's most admired companies.

Echo Global Logistics Names Chief Executive Officer

Chicago, IL, January 9, 2007 Echo Global Logistics, Inc., a technology-driven transportation management outsourcing firm, today announced that Douglas R. Waggoner has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer.

Waggoner's career in the transportation industry spans more than two decades. Most recently, he was President and CEO of USF Bestway, a $250 million subsidiary of $10 billion publicly owned transportation company YRC Worldwide, Inc. In an earlier role at USF Corporation, Mr. Waggoner served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing.

His prior experience includes various positions in operations, sales, marketing and technology with Yellow Freight System, Consolidated Freightways and McLean Trucking Company.

Mr. Waggoner, 47, earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from San Diego State University in 1980.
