As an Echo Global Logistics team member, you’ll work on real-world projects, learn from logistics experts, and work toward a common goal: simplifying transportation for our clients and carriers.
Application Process

Online Application
Our early talent recruitment cycle starts in the Fall to recruit for full-time and internship opportunities the following year. Review the resources available on our site, select the job function that fits your passions best, and submit your updated resume using our online application.
2.
Recruiter Phone Interview
Once your application is submitted, an Echo recruiter will arrange a phone interview to learn more about you, your experience, and how your skills align with our early career opportunities. Remember to come prepared with questions!
3.
Assessment
If you are chosen to move forward, our recruiter will send you a 15–20-minute assessment that will allow us to gain additional insights into your unique traits.
4.
Onsite Manager Interview
After the assessment is complete and you are chosen to proceed with the interview process, our recruitment team will contact you to schedule an on-site interview at Echo’s Corporate headquarters. You will have the opportunity to engage in our culture, shadow the job you are interviewing for, and meet our teams!
