Since 2008, Echo has been recognizing LTL carriers based on the outstanding service and value they provide to our shippers, and the industry as a whole. The winners of these awards have proven to excel at delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and demonstrating a robust value proposition, resulting in growth within our network. 

Awardees were selected based on YOY shipment and revenue growth, on time performance, communication, invoice accuracy, claims, customer service, responsiveness, website effectiveness and functionality, IT cooperation/integration, and overall quality.
