Echo infuses DEI throughout our business and across all stakeholders including our colleagues, carriers, clients, and community partners. Our R.I.D.E. Framework (Results through Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity) provides a structured approach to achieving business impact through DEI and ensuring alignment with our corporate strategy.

Our employee-led Business Resource Groups promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by driving awareness of diverse backgrounds and identities while providing spaces for all Echo employees to find a community.

Echo Families

The mission of the Echo Families BRG is to provide healthy, fulfilling work environments with appropriate work-life balance so that when Echo employees log off their computers at a reasonable hour, they are the best parents, spouses, siblings, and children they can be. Echo Families promotes a family-friendly culture that engages and celebrates families of all kinds.

M.E.R.G.E.

The mission of M.E.R.G.E. (Multi-ethnic Resource Group for Everyone) is to foster an environment of cultural growth by creating awareness through advocacy, collaboration, education, and community outreach.

Military

The Military BRG supports team members who are veterans, active-duty, spouses, caregivers, and advocates of the military to design and advance their careers. It also partners and collaborates with organizations that support veteran and military communities.

Pride

The mission of Echo’s Pride BRG is to support the LGBTQ+ community of employees and allies at Echo by creating a more inclusive workplace. The Pride BRG advances and promotes LGBTQ+ equality through employee engagement and community outreach.

Women at Echo

The Women at Echo BRG ensures the continued success of Echo through women. It recognizes, supports, empowers, and advocates on behalf of anyone who identifies as a woman to increase women’s representation and leadership in all departments and locations.

Our Supplier Diversity Strategy

Echo’s Supplier Diversity Strategy helps to increase the equity and value that we provide to clients. We partner with organizations such as the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) to help expand our diverse supplier base, identify best practices, and accelerate our efforts in supplier diversity.

Echo empowers all employees to serve a diverse range of charitable organizations and to actively remove barriers for underserved and marginalized groups, thereby fostering positive change in the communities in which we work, live, and play.
