The Employee Experience Coordinator support a seamless, engaging employee journey from onboarding to workplace experience and BRG (Business Resource Group) programs. This role ensures employees feel welcomed, connected, and supported throughout their time at the company.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do: 

🏢 Workplace & Reception 

  • Manage front desk (Tues–Thurs); greet employees & guests 

  • Maintain a welcoming, organized office environment 

  • Coordinate visitor access & partner with Facilities 

🚀 Onboarding & Employee Experience 

  • Prepare new hires (systems, equipment, communications, swag) 

  • Coordinate onboarding touchpoints with HR 

  • Process I-9s and employee transitions 

  • Track onboarding progress & improve experience 

📊 Compliance & Training 

  • Assign and track required training 

  • Monitor completion and follow up as needed 

  • Maintain accurate records and support reporting 

  • Ensure compliance posters are current and displayed 

🤝 BRG (Employee Groups) Support 

  • Coordinate BRG programs, events, and communications 

  • Partner with leaders, vendors, and internal teams 

  • Manage event logistics (space, catering, tech) 

  • Track participation, feedback, and program metrics 

  • Support membership growth and onboarding 

  • Manage budgets, calendars, and documentation

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
