Megan Abbott has served as Director of Sales Operations at Echo Global Logistics since April 2021. Megan joined Echo in 2014 as an Operations Manager, supporting some of Echo’s largest clients. Most recently, she took on the role of Sales Manager where she oversaw daily operations and focused on sales pipeline management and client retention. With her expertise in both sales and operations, she helps drive process improvement, efficiency, and client satisfaction in her current role. Megan holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
