David B. Menzel has served as President and Chief Operating Officer since July 2014. He originally joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in April 2008 before becoming Chief Operating Officer in October 2013. From May 2005 to March 2008, Mr. Menzel was the Chief Financial and Operating Officer of G2 SwitchWorks Corp., a travel technology company. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Menzel served as a managing director of Parson Consulting, a management consulting firm. Mr. Menzel served as the Chief Executive Officer of YesMail, Inc. from 2000 to 2003, and as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Menzel was also the Chief Financial Officer of Campbell Software from 1994 to 1999 and worked in the Audit and Financial Consulting Practice of Arthur Andersen LLP from 1985 to 1994. Mr. Menzel holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from Florida State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
