Echo is seeking an Account Executive who can skillfully provide solutions, creatively solve problems, and constantly maintain contact and advocacy for our Managed National Accounts.
As a Sr. Account Executive, you will strive to go above and beyond customer expectations every day. Partnering with your team, you will schedule, book, and track each shipment to its completion across all modes of transportation (TL, LTL, Partial, Flatbed, etc.). Key responsibilities include but are not limited to proficiency quoting all modes, verifying timely pick-ups and deliveries, serving as the primary point of contact for resolving both external and internal issues, and ensuring the financial health of each account.
We trust you to drive efficiency and own your book of business by analyzing and executing new strategies for increased growth and profitability. As a Sr. Account Executive you will attend and contribute to QBR/client meetings, where your expertise will be crucial in partnering with Sales to review performance and take action on feedback provided from the client. You will maintain and update operating procedures when necessary, working closely with inter-departmental teams at Echo to ensure the book of business is positioned for success.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a business services environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Calm under pressure

Knowledgeable on relevant modes of transportation

Compensation
Compensation Range: $46,750.00 – $57,050.00 – $67,300.00
