Our employee-led Business Resource Groups (BRGs) promote belonging and inclusion by driving awareness of diverse backgrounds and identities while providing spaces for all Echo employees to find a community. 

Families

The Echo Families BRG fosters a supportive, family-friendly workplace that promotes a healthy work-life balance for all employees. They aim to ensure that when our team members log off at the end of the day, they are empowered to show up as their best selves—whether as parents, spouses, siblings, children, or chosen family.

Echo Families celebrates and supports families of all kinds through inclusive programming, resources, and events that bring our community together. We are proud to partner with organizations like The Honeycomb Project to create meaningful volunteer opportunities that allow Echo employees and their families to connect, give back, and grow together—both inside and outside of work.

Multicultural

The mission of the Echo Multicultural BRG is to cultivate a workplace that embraces cultural growth and understanding. Through advocacy, collaboration, education, and community outreach, the BRG raises awareness, celebrates diverse backgrounds, and fosters meaningful connections across the Echo community.

Military

The Military BRG empowers veterans, active-duty service members, spouses, caregivers, and military advocates at Echo to grow and thrive in their careers. It also builds meaningful partnerships with organizations that support and uplift veteran and military communities, strengthening our collective impact both inside and outside the workplace.

Pride

The mission of Echo’s Pride BRG is to foster a more inclusive and affirming workplace for LGBTQ+ employees and their allies. Through meaningful employee engagement and active community outreach, the Pride BRG works to advance equality, celebrate identity, and create a culture where everyone feels valued and supported.

Women at Echo

The Women at Echo BRG contributes to Echo’s continued success by championing women across the organization. It recognizes, supports, empowers, and advocates for anyone who identifies as a woman, fostering growth, and development opportunities across all departments and locations. The BRG also strengthens its impact by partnering with industry organizations such as Women in Trucking and Women Impacting Supply Chain Excellence to promote advancement and visibility for women in logistics and supply chain.
